Where Did Phoenix IT Come From?

Jeff Gladney, founder of Phoenix IT, spent many years working as the director of information technology for a large corporation. During this time, he saw many small to mid-size business owners in the Louisville area falling through the cracks of larger Managed IT Service provider’s. These local businesses were paying for unsupported services. A vision was born for a company that could bring enterprise-level Managed IT Support to the market. With this goal in mind, Phoenix IT was founded in 1998.
